Physical health is probably what most people think of when they hear the word "health", and is often the area that people are most concerned with maintaining and/or improving.
Physical health is the easiest component to measure, as indicators of weak or strong functioning are often fairly obvious. Additionally, many formal metrics exist such as bodyweight, BMI, blood pressure, nutritional content facts, hours of sleep, etc. While none of these metrics should be used in silos to conclude one's state of physical health, together they can paint a decent picture, while pointing to areas where there is room to improve.
Most commonly, we focus on physical activity and nutrition when trying to maintain or improve our physical health.
I will be posting my favourite ways to stay physically healthy, but for now, here are some resources!
